Insurance

I am currently accepting Premera insurance. I am in the process of accepting Regence and will update my website as soon as this is complete. I am otherwise out-of-network for all other insurance providers. If I am out of network, I can provide you with an itemized receipt of services (i.e. "super bill") upon request that you can submit to your insurance to seek partial reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to inquire about your benefits and coverage for in- and out-of-network mental health services, and to confirm whether I am considered in network with your plan or what proportion of my fee might be reimbursed.

Out of Network Rates

I base my therapy and medication management rates on typical insurance reimbursement rates for psychiatrists. I typically provide information regarding fees after an initial phone conversation and prior to our first appointment.

Sliding Scale

I offer a few slots at sliding scale rates if I am out of network. I understand that therapy and psychiatric medication management is not accessible for everyone and am trying my best to lower financial barriers. I encourage you to take a look at the Green Bottle structure to help you identify what best fits you, while also being thoughtful about others' needs and access. Visit Types & Cadence

I offer in person and virtual appointments. I encourage meeting in person. I typically meet with therapy clients every week and medication management patients every one to three months, though the cadence of our meetings can shift to match your needs.

Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
